Is It Possible to Make Money Online with Zero Experience?
Every person who makes money online is an average person who decided they wanted more out of life. They decided to look into online programs available and treat them like the businesses they are. If you are willing to invest a little time and effort into learning this skill then you too can earn money online with network marketing. Let's take a look at some things you need to consider before you get started.
One of the best ways to start earning money on line is with network marketing but you have to choose the right program. The first and most important thing you need to look at is start up cost. You never want to start any business if you truly do not have the capital to start it. If you are using your grocery money or your mortgage payment to start a business, please don't. Wait and set some money aside until you are ready. Many companies claim you can make thousands right away and some people do but that is not the norm.
When you are looking at the start up cost, remember to look at fees as well. Some companies charge a monthly fee and that is okay but make sure you understand what that includes. Autoresponders are just one of a few things that may be included. Start up costs can run from under $100 to well over $1000. You not only need to take into consideration what you can afford to pay right now but also the target audience you are trying to reach. In todays economy many people may be looking for different options to earn money but may be a little scared to invest a ton of money on something new and foreign to them. You may be able to reach more people with a lower priced program. That doesn't mean higher ticket items don't have their place, they absolutely do, but you may want to wait until you are a more experienced marketer and are ready to start earning multiple streams of income.
Each program varies. Some have residual income, multiple starting levels and qualifying or pass-up sales. Those are all things you may want to consider as well when you join a business to make money online.
Make sure if you join a company that has multiple levels and you start at a lower level that you are able to upgrade to a higher level by just paying the difference and not paying the full amount again.
With some companies you can earn residual income and others you do not. I see benefits to both. There is something gratifying about making a sale and the full commission comes directly to you and is deposited right into your account. However, there it is something equally as exciting about earning a residual income. Residual income is when part of each sale is passed up to the sponsor. For example, if you are in a program that costs $200 and you make a sale then $150 is paid to you and $50 is paid to your sponsor. That means when someone signs up under you and they make a sale $50 would be paid to you so you earn $50 on every sale they make.
Qualifying or pass-up sales is another thing to consider when looking at earning money from home online. When you make a qualifying sale the full commission of that sale is paid directly to the person you sponsored you. This is common and there are several ways companies do this so just make sure you understand how this works with the particular program you are looking at before you join. These sales may seem hard at first when you are brand new to network marketing but remember these are commissions that you too can earn when you sponsor people.
Marketing online is a skill that you have to learn. Some people will pick it up very quickly and others will take time. You need to find a program that offers great training and support. I will cover those things in part 2 of this article. In the mean time make sure you are looking closely at the things mentioned above before you jump into any program.
